Drawing on her experience as an Indigenous community member, cultural consultant and founder and CEO of the Charity The Returning. Ella has drawn from her and lived experience to develop her skills and knowledge. These experiences range from project management at AIME, continual involvement in the education system as a mentor for disadvantaged Indigenous Youth, Consultancy for Verve Super and NAGNATA, and involvement with Boomalli Artists Co-Operative, founding The Returning and community engagement in her ancestral lands.
